BIANCOLILLA

Zefiro derives from the selection of the best olives of the Sicilian Biancolilla cultivar, an organic extra virgin olive oil with a unique flavour, its history to which its name is linked is unique as well. The taste is slightly fruity with hints of freshly cut grass and almond. Thanks to its delicacy, Zefiro is the ideal seasoning to enhance the flavour of fish, salads and all dishes that have a not too strong taste.
